Quality Reporting

In an effort to streamline reporting Trend Property Care has installed an on line inspection reporting system “Kevah”.

Our customer service managers are supplied with a hand held device with software that has been customized to suit your requirements. It will allow all inspection reports to be electronically prepared as the inspection is taking place and submitted to you via our server directly to your email in a word document format on completion of the inspection.

The reporting system “Kevah” can capture 14 different data types, and the reports can easily be customized to each client’s requirements. In addition we can include photos within the reports, electronically date stamped giving real time reporting.
