John Ford is managing director of Trend Property care Pty Ltd. Prior to establishing Trend he accumulated 30 years experience in the management and delivery of cleaning services to the property industry. In particular over the past 15 years he held senior state management positions with the largest and most successful cleaning organisations that this country had to offer. He is active and highly regarded within the cleaning and property industries.

During John’s career he has been involved with many projects and has secured contracts through performance management and been entrusted with some of Sydney’s finest properties namely, Aurora Place, Chifley Tower, MLC Centre, Grosvenor Place, Citigroup Tower, Australia Square, Darling Park Complex, Sydney Opera House and the Hilton Hotel. Furthermore, the Rialto Towers in Melbourne along with 101 Collins Street, 120 Collins Street and the Crown Casino.

John sees Trend as a personalised service provider of quality cleaning services that has a strong commitment to the environment. Green cleaning initiatives and processes introduced by Trend will go a long way to providing a safe and productive working environment for their service employees and customers.
